Hey there! My name is Kortney Strange, and I’m the venue manager at C&C by the Lake, a stunning new destination lakeside all-inclusive wedding venue in Cabot, Arkansas. Seriously, y'all, I can’t think of a single word to take out of that sentence to make it roll off of the tongue a little easier.

I reside in Little Rock, where I live with my husband and two beautiful daughters. We love spending our weekends at our lakeside cabin while indulging in the Cupid Shuffle and endless wedding cake. It may seem to be too good to be true, but it truly is. After working for over a decade as an Occupational Therapist, I was given the chance to pursue my true passion of event planning.                   

Thanks to my father, a lifelong entrepreneur, who built a "little party room" for our family consisting of a whopping ten thousand square feet, I was able to realize my dream. I consider myself incredibly fortunate and couldn't ask for more. The most satisfying part of my job is seeing families come together, while making unforgettable memories with my own family. My parents couldn't have asked for a better boss.

Jokes aside, our venue is truly one-of-a-kind. It exudes rustic charm without the typical barn atmosphere and offers an elegant ambiance without being overly stuffy. Nestled on a private lake, our property features six (soon to be twelve) cabins that can be rented by family and friends. This creates a relaxed wedding weekend or a destination wedding close to home.

Our all-in-one package is designed to simplify the planning process. We take care of everything from the catering and floral arrangements to the entertainment and event coordination. This allows the couple to focus on enjoying their special day with their loved ones. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and creativity. We love to incorporate unique elements that make each wedding we plan one-of-a-kind. From surprise performances to custom decor, we strive to make every detail memorable. At the end of the day, our goal is to create a wedding that the couple will cherish for a lifetime. We want to make their dream wedding a reality and ensure that their special day is nothing short of magical.
